TVG announced a partnership to make horseracing programming from TVG Broadband, a new imprint offering digitized video for online media, available through Hulu´s online video service, www.Hulu.com. TVG Broadband will provide specially selected or produced, short-form video content, including racehorse and personality profiles, expert analysis, handicapping information and evergreen features covering the sport of horseracing throughout the U.S. and around the world.

TVG announced that it has amended its distribution agreement with DIRECTV to expand the scope and duration of its carriage. The long-term amended agreement will deliver the network´s programming to over eight million DIRECTV subscribers. TVG remains the only horseracing network available to DIRECTV´s customers. TVG will be shifted from DIRECTV´s Sports Pack into its TOTAL CHOICE®PLUS and CHOICE XTRA and above packages, more than tripling its current DIRECTV distribution.

TVG announced that it has won exclusive television distribution and account wagering rights from the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority (NJSEA) for its racetracks. The agreement is effective January 1, 2007, however TVG has already begun televising and accepting account wagers on races from the Meadowlands. TVG was awarded the rights after being selected the winner in competitive bidding. The Network receives exclusive rights outside of New Jersey for racing at the Meadowlands and Monmouth Park racetracks. The addition of these important venues to TVG´s portfolio of track partners increases the number of U.S. tracks with which the network has exclusive domestic television and account wagering rights to 26. Agreements with venues in the U.K., Ireland and Japan recently added an additional 55 international tracks.
